The ring has a small cloud abstract detail textured into the silver and soft matte finish.
It is inspired by cloudy skies, thinking of the days spent watching the skies overhead and time moving from sunlight to sunset. I use this texture in my collection of pendants, here it is carved a deeper into the band ring.
Looks pretty on its own or stacked with other rings like the full moon ring shown.
Band width is approx 2.3mm
Height is approx 1.5mm

Branches break ring ~ gold, silver, fine silver
Inspired by tree tops this branches ring is a one of a kind in design. Watching the autumn leaves fall, each one of these torch fired, hand drawn and as individual as the branches that inspire them.
First I have hand cut and made the cabochon and layered white enamel over the silver, firing each one carefully. Layered and torch fired repeatedly the enamel takes on different tones - soft off white and greys giving depth. I have then drawn on the image from a series of sketches made looking at trees. Firing it then becomes permanently embedded in the enamel.
The setting is also handmade by me and bezel set in 9ct gold. Sterling silver backs the setting. Represented by gold the day and silver is the night - symbolic of the passing of the days and seasons a reoccurring theme in my work.
The shank of the ring is approx 1mm thick and approx 2mm depth. The setting is approx 1.3 width and approx 0.75mm in height.
The ring is a UK size N.

Tree and moon ~ silver, enamel and gold necklace
Full moon and in the light a single tree stands. These one of a kind enamel pieces are the pages to where the stories begin.
Each one is a unique, each one an original. No two exactly the same.
The enamel is layered and fired several times. I hand paint each miniature onto the enamel. The enamel is torch fired and the image becomes fused with the enamel creating a permanent image.
The image is set in a soft rectangular box. I wanted it to appear as though set, like a picture in a frame. Look closely and you will see a 9ct gold shows just on the inside edge of the frame.
All finished in a soft matte.
This is a delicately small piece.
The frame measures approx 1.3cm, including bail approx 1.7cm

The pendant comes with a chain length of your choice (16, 18, 20, or 22 inches) with a handmade clasp. Please let me know with your order. The default length is 18 inches.

Birch tree ring ~ silver and gold with faceted stone
Birch tree ring
Silver and gold birch tree ring with a faceted precious stone flush set into the piece. Three birch trees cut into silver and a stone to denote the turning of the seasons and the turning of the days. Diamond for winter; cool white days and frost covered ground. Green sapphire for spring, the sap rising in trees and green leaves and buds unfurling. London blue topaz is for summer; clear cloudless skies and deep blue sea, Orange garnet for Autumn, leaves falling, beautiful low light. I've cut three Birch trees into silver, enameled using a soft subtle grey opaque colour. Set into the sterling silver is a 1.5mm precious stone to choose from the list above. Birch trees are a symbol of growth and renewal. A 9ct gold bezel with gold claws surrounds the piece and the back and shank are sterling silver. Gold for the sun and silver for the moon. The silver is finished in a soft satin finish. Height measures approx 0.9mm Width approx 1.3mm Shank width approx 2.3mm The size of the faceted stones are 1.5mm. Depending on light and background the colours of each may change slightly. Deer in the woods ~ silver necklace
These are the keepers of the quiet places. This deer piece is inspired by encounters with these shy creatures that roam the woods where I make my designs. That moment when you are walking through the trees and just happen to catch a glimpse of an unsuspecting deer - a magical moment. To me they represent so much more about being still and listening to what is around you and what is inside.
Eight birch trees each textured and in front of this one Roe deer.
