Care of Jewellery

Over time silver jewellery will naturally tarnish. To care for your piece of jewellery you can clean it using a little washing up liquid and gently brush with a soft toothbrush to remove excess dirt. Afterwards use a silver dip or a silver polishing cloth. Usually these items are available to buy from most jewellery shops.

Pieces which have a matte finish will inevitably buff up to look more polished over time, especially raised areas which have more regular contact with skin. If this happens you can obtain a similar looking finish by using a green scouring pad and gently rubbing in a circular motion over the jewellery.
