Owl and stars ~ silver and 9ct gold necklace

The silver owl necklace with three stars shining in the dark night sky.  The owl is gliding silently above land and trees, wings outstretched, almost touching the stars as she flies.

Around the outer frame each circle represents dappled sunlight falling through the branches onto the woodland floor.  Inside four trees at the back, followed by a curving hills, then one tall tree stretching to the top of the frame.  A fern on the right hand side curling over, one more landscape and finally the owl in flight. Three shimmering stars at the top of the frame, each slightly a different length.

The owl is engraved with ‘feathers’ and two closed eyes.

Finished in a soft matte finish with a ‘sky scribble’ design.

This owl necklace comes with a chain of any length you choose.  The one shown is on a 21 inch chain (Please do let me know when ordering if you would like a different length).

Designed so when in a place where sunlight falls it will create long shadows.

From top to bottom this piece measures approx 1.9cm

Width is approx 2.2cm

Depth is approx 7mm

This piece comes boxed and wrapped.

A tiny fox and star necklace - the fox sits at dusk in the woods as the sunlight fades and the first glittering star appears. Have you ever noticed the way the dappled sunlight falls on the forest floor?  The outer frame has holes in it symbolizing the suns ray through the trees.  Four trees curve and bend at the back of the piece and in front of this a curved hill bends, then a single tree.  Three wild foxgloves spring up and finally a fox sat, waiting patiently.  The fox is engraved with 'fur' and has one closed eye. A tiny star hangs in the top left corner.  The star is a flush set ethically sourced diamond 1.5mm. Pieces are designed so when they are in a place where the sun falls, they will create a long shadows. The fox and star necklace is finished in a soft matte satin finish. The chain is silver and available in a variety of lengths - the default is 18 inches but please do let me know with you order what your preference is. One small bird caught mid flight. This silver bird necklace is all about the start of spring and the nesting season.  The shape of the pendant is oval - a little bird egg.  Inside the oval frame  - I have hand cut a bird. She is searching for a nest to make her home.  The texture at the back of the pendant is my signature 'skycribble' representing air.  The bird is raised up away from the back, this creates a sense of depth, in the sunlight a shadow is cast...  Around the frame I have engraved bird feathers - to represent flight and also the soft lining of the nest.  On the back the same feather close up.  The tiny bird measures 1.4cm.  The frame top to bottom measures approx 1.6cm, including bail approx 2.1cm.  The width of this piece is 1.4cm.  The depth of the frame is 0.5mm. It sits comfortably on my fingertip! The necklace comes on an 18 inch chain.  Please do let me know if you would like it longer or shorter.  Make to order is approx 3-4 weeks. The bird necklace comes hallmarked and boxed and wrapped.

The meeting place.  Two hares meet under a single star. A soft rectangular frame cut with holes of various sizes.  Inspired by shafts of sunlight spilling through branches onto the forest floor holes in various sizes are around the frame. At the back of the landscape four trees sit.  Five trees in total. A single bramble stretches up on the right and the hares looking at one another. The hares are engraved with ‘fur’. One star hangs in the middle at the top of the pendant. The piece is silver, it is finished in a soft matte finish and textured with ‘skyscribbles’. The stars are made from 9ct gold. The chain is sterling silver and is finished with a handmade clasp. Deer in the woods ~ silver necklace
These are the keepers of the quiet places.  This deer piece is inspired by encounters with these shy creatures that roam the woods where I make my designs. That moment when you are walking through the trees and just happen to catch a glimpse of an unsuspecting deer - a magical moment. To me they represent so much more about being still and listening to what is around you and what is inside. Eight birch trees each textured and in front of this one Roe deer. Height is approx 2.2cm including bail 2.6cm Width at the widest point is 2.1cm Make time is up to 6 weeks. The chain is available from 18 inches to 24 inches - please let me know what you would like with your order.  The default length is 18 inches.
